Krayton ERP is our product for small and family-run suppliers: procurement, cash, people, dispatch and records in one place. Krayton runs its own books and quality system on it, so every feature is used by us before a client sees it.

Pricing: a fixed quote per step, then a monthly license-and-support fee that covers hosting (if we host), backups, fixes and small changes. Larger changes are quoted before we start them. Operations first: tax and invoicing functions are added only after the system is registered with the BIR for that purpose.

Who owns the software?
You get a license to use it for as long as you pay the support fee, or a perpetual license if we agree one. Krayton keeps the code, so it can keep improving it. Your data is yours: we export it in standard formats whenever you ask, and when you leave.
Where does it run?
On a cloud account in your company's name, on ours, or on a PC in your office. Krayton's own ERP runs on an office machine with local AI, so no data leaves the building. We recommend what fits your size and budget.
Can it do our invoices and books?
Operations first. Invoicing and books of accounts inside the system come only after it is registered with the BIR as a computerized accounting system, which is a separate project with your accountant. Until then the ERP tracks orders, cash and records, and your accountant files from its reports.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for sorting, summaries and drafts inside the tools, and we build with AI help. Every design decision is made and recorded by a person, and we track the licenses of everything we use.
What if we already have a system?
Then we connect to it or build the missing piece. Replacing a system that works is rarely the right answer.
Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?
Yes. Discovery and reviews happen on video calls in your time zone, and payment is in US dollars by bank transfer or Wise.
